Digital Products – No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and accessed (downloaded, viewed, or streamed), it is considered “used” and is therefore non-refundable under UK consumer protection laws.

This includes but is not limited to:

• PDF guides and templates

• E-books and checklists

• Pre-recorded courses and workshops

• Audio/video training materials

• Toolkits and download bundles

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with content where the product has been delivered as described.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same product

• You accidentally purchased duplicate products

• You are unable to access the digital file due to a technical fault and we are unable to resolve it within 7 working days

All exception-based refunds are handled at our sole discretion, and must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

No Guarantee of Results

Femme Finances does not promise or guarantee financial improvement, increased savings, income growth, or debt reduction through use of our materials. Results will vary based on your unique financial situation and the actions you take.

Refunds will not be issued on the basis of lack of perceived results or outcomes.
